Available Positions and Job Details

Servers

  • Role: The face of the brand. Guides guests through the menu, takes orders, processes payments, and ensures a high-quality dining experience.
  • Requirements: Strong communication skills; deep menu/allergen knowledge; ability to multitask under pressure; POS system proficiency.

Bartender

  • Role: Crafts cocktails, pours beer/wine, and manages the bar area. Often handles food service for guests sitting at the bar.
  • Requirements: Legal age to serve alcohol (varies by region); alcohol safety certification , extensive drink recipe knowledge.

Prep Cook

  • Role: The foundation for the Line Cooks. Focuses on washing, chopping, portioning, and preparing sauces or ingredients before service begins.
  • Requirements: Basic culinary knowledge; ability to follow recipes accurately; strong organizational skills.

Line Cook

  • Role: The engine of the kitchen. Prepares and plates meals at a specific station (grill, sauté, fry) according to restaurant recipes.
  • Requirements: 1–2 years of kitchen experience; proficiency with knife skills and various cooking methods; ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs.

Busters

  • Role: Supports the server by clearing “dead” plates, sanitizing tables between guests, and resetting place settings to ensure fast table turnover.

Food Runner
