Servers

Role: The face of the brand. Guides guests through the menu, takes orders, processes payments, and ensures a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements: Strong communication skills; deep menu/allergen knowledge; ability to multitask under pressure; POS system proficiency.

Bartender

Role: Crafts cocktails, pours beer/wine, and manages the bar area. Often handles food service for guests sitting at the bar.
Requirements: Legal age to serve alcohol (varies by region); alcohol safety certification , extensive drink recipe knowledge.

Prep Cook

Role: The foundation for the Line Cooks. Focuses on washing, chopping, portioning, and preparing sauces or ingredients before service begins.

Line Cook
